Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, the subject you choose and your message.
When you apply for a job, we receive your name, email address, phone number, city, the role you are applying for, your experience, current status, availability, expected salary, any profile links, your CV and anything else you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and discuss the services you asked about
- To assess job applications and contact candidates
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as our hosting and email providers, and only to the extent they need it.
Because we operate from the United States and Pakistan, your information may be processed in either country. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. CVs uploaded through the website are sent to our recruitment inbox and are not stored on the website itself.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@marvelrepublic.com and we will respond within 30 days.
